I often find that life is hard to balance, and we all are fighting our own battles, inside and out, every day. The importance of a healthy mind is something I feel is overshadowed by the constant media and pressure devoted to a “healthy” body. That that is why I have decided to teach about the importance of both. I am no expert, my Bachelor’s Degree is in Accounting and my Masters will be in Education, so take what I saw with a grain of salt and as a personal opinion. These teachings are tips and tricks I have found success or worth in.
Each week I plan to post tips about the three categories I find most important in happiness:
1. A Healthy Mind
2. A Healthy Body
3. A Healthy and Happy Life Balance
These categories are obviously interconnected, but by separating out my thoughts between the three, I hope my readers will be able to find this blog easy to read and follow.
